CREATE YOUR OWN TARIFF PLAN

We provide solutions for subscribers to create their own tariff plan through Web, USSD or Apps which is for both prepaid & postpaid customers/subscribers.
Two types of packages are available;
                - Create personalized packages based on own needs by combining individual components like voice, SMS, data etc. as per subscriber requirement (if Mobile Network Operator backend system supports)
                - Browse and Opt into Mobile Network Operator predefined packages
Validity period;
                - Prepaid: 7 days, 14 days etc. (Configurable as per your requirement)
                - Postpaid: Duration of the billing period
                - Effective immediately or the next billing cycle

CALL COMPLETION

If any subscriber wants to call but does not have sufficient balance OR zero balance OR balance is finish during the call, then this product will give the subscriber few options to make a new call OR complete their unfinished call.

Options:

- Provide Airtime credit to the caller to make and complete the call, which allows service continuity, no delay till the next top-up, no fees or extra charge, at Mobile Operators existing tariff with unlimited payback period.
- If the subscriber does not want to take Airtime credit, then subscriber is offered a sponsored airtime in exchange for listening, reading or watching advertisements.
- If the subscriber does not want to take this option either, then this product will send a Real missed call automatically to the calling party, so that the calling party gets notified to make a call

MOBILE DEVICE INSURANCE (WITH BACKUP/ STORAGE FACILITY)

It protects (Insurance plan) subscribers’ Mobile device and back up or store all their contacts, pictures, videos, music, files and  personal data, through a single Mobile App.
In case of accidental fall, water and liquid damage, wear and tear of the original storage battery, will provdie repairs for the phone or give back a similar phone to the subscriber and restoring all their contacts, pictures, videos, music, files & personal data. This Insurance coverage is done within maximum of 48 Hours.
